Ayutthaya is actually under the World Heritage list. It’s was a tiring trip; we started the journey from 8:30 am, reached there at around 10 plus. This follows by trips to the tourist center, lunch, new temples, old temples, old palace and hundred over photo later we arrived back in Bangkok close to 6pm.
There are a lot of interesting place, in some a minimum fee of 30 baht is charged as entrance fee for foreigner and 10 baht for local. We missed some places; one of those is Bang Pa In summer palace, umm maybe another 10 years? I will be gradually posting some of the photos in my Photo Blog.

I would love to visit Ayutthaya someday. Heard that it's also the best place to see the Loy Krathong festival there.
I nearly visited this place about 5 years ago when I visited Thailand with my wife. But due to time constraint, we did not. I heard from many friends that this is a place worth visiting, I think one day I should pay a visit there.

Thailand is miracle land for tourists. I like historic temples in Ayuthaya but i didn't has a good chance to go there. Thank you so much for your picture and story blog.
