There is an article on Star that highlighted a show calls “Bersamamu” or together with you on TV3. In case2 it highlighted an old couple that live in a wooden house. I felt quite sad looking at the condition of some of this folks. Do click here to look at the article in Star. You as a caring Malaysian could do something to help them. If you are one of those people who use prepaid phone and there are a lot of unused credits, you could help by just SMSing, look at below the article and you could find steps to donate a small amount to this needy folks which could mean a good meal for them and etc. So take out your latest high tech phone and donate some RM to this people. At times i m torn between to SMS or not. The channel where my $ goes is important, whether it reaches these guys? Whether the datin who is the patron gives them a portion or a the 100%? Whether the datin will make use of them to uplift their status?
Notwithstanding, i prefer direct contributions if my butt is not too lazy.
Keatix, Sometimes I feel the same but I have always look at it in a way that if someone is "eating" the money, then the sinner is them. I have donated Rm10 for this sms thing.
