For this past month I am back in the office. In another “project”, “new” set of staff and “new” environment. Every time when I joined a new project, especially when I am leading it, I would feel like I am in another company. The reason being is that I will be surrounded by colleagues that I do not know or have not worked with before. As a lead it’s quite difficult sometimes, as I believe for you to deliver a piece of work on such short time, you will really need to know the strength and weakness of your staff. Hence there are always 2 “mountains” to climb, the project dateline and tweaking & getting the best out of somebody you hardly know.
In my company, I have seen new faces come and go. There was this particular incidence which actually makes me laugh, which happens last week. I was sitting in my place which is actually in a big room share with >10 others when someone that I have actually worked with in a previous project walks in. I believe she was “on loans” from another project to help out in quality assurance of another. When she walks in, I greet her, “How are you?”, she replied, “Who are you? I do not know you leh…”. Guess what she knew me when I was still a “Panda”, after 4 years of blissful marriage and now I am back at my pre wedding days or shall I say the “courting” period of my wife.

Ah Pek, its ok....having a more healthy diet would help, at least 5 servings of fruits and vege per day and no fried, roast foods. Only steam....

Dragon City, the pre photo, now after looking at it, I looks bloated..I suspect its cause by the tumour in the kidney..
soo, If it is of any consolation, you look better now than previously. You have the 'edge', I am not sure how to say it but looks more rugged type.

Soo, u really look better now. Last met u was in the hospital after ur operation, u are still a 'big' guy. If I am not reading ur blog all the while, I wouldn't recognise u as well. :)
Shiaulin, yeap after operation my weight is around 185 lbs....now I am 165 lbs....hahaha...guess in april will drop some more as my cousin will be in singapore working hence I will be cooking myself daily....
20 lbs, shows a lot different to you... well, the last few months I've gained about 15 lbs but people hardly can tell it except myself because I can feel my clothes are getting tight...
*sob sob sob* how am I gonna loose this extra kgs :(

Selba, actually the 20lbs differrent is after operation when shiaulin saw me. The pre and post photo weight differrence is around 45 lbs..you should try eating steam food only...I ensure you, your weight will drop...
Monica, oh I just want to maintain my current weight. I would actually love to drop another 8 pounds..
